Major will tailor a training solution to meet your needs, and customise our courses to ensure you and your staff receive the most effective, relevant training while still meeting all training and OHS requirements.

Major can assist by conducting a training needs analysis and/or a HR skills matrix, where we can identify gaps and provide suggestions and training solutions. Major offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to account for the skills and knowledge already gained by your staff.
